We take extreme care in making and packaging to ensure your product arrived in excellent condition.  As you will appreciate custom made  items take time to create and can take up to 3 weeks before dispatch.  Please remember to let me know when ordering if you need your item by a specific date ie. hair trial, dress fitting etc so I can accommodate.
