Refunds and exchanges
You have 7 days after you receive your purchase to contact us if you have any concerns. We will replace (where possible - some items are unique) or repair if your item arrives not as described.
We work hard to make sure all of our customers are happy - please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns or a questions.
Refunds for readymade off the shelf items are refunded at a discretionary 10% restocking fee.
We will issue exchanges if you change your mind, but only if you have contacted us within 5 days of receipt of the item & then returned the item in the original packaging.
Refunds are offered for handmade items at a 45% restocking fee.
Earring returns are subject to an ear hook replacement fee, as the hooks cannot be resold.
Stud Earrings are not are not available for refund or return for Hygienic reasons. However if there is a fault with the item and exchange will be considered.
The buyer pays the shipping costs for returns.
Refunds will not be given for custom orders, as an emailed photo of the item will be sent prior of completion of the purchase.
