We take extreme care in making and packaging to ensure your product arrived in excellent condition.  As you will appreciate these items take time to create and can take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.  Please remember to let me know when ordering if you need your item by a specific date ie. hair trial, dress fitting etc so I can accommodate.
